Payment Info

1-Make initial payment for deposit and optional cancellation insurance online.

2-Sign up for either the automatic or manual plan by indicating your choice on the Student Program Application. All payments will be done through the Live ‘n Learn website.

Automatic Payment Plan*

After your initial deposit we will divide your total program balance into monthly installments and automatically process your payments each month through Pay Simple, our secure online payment system. We will use the account information from your deposit and payments will be deducted from your bank account each month. Program must be paid in full 45 days before departure.

*We recommend this plan as it gives you more time to pay and is stress free with no need to worry about deadlines or late fees!

Manual Payment Plan

After your initial deposit you must submit a payment of $500 before November 15 (make payments here). Full payment must be made 90 days before departure.

Payments postmarked after the published deadline will incur a $50 late fee. Live ‘n Learn reserves the right to cancel individual participants missing a payment two weeks after the deadline. Cancellation fees will apply.
