Day 1: Travel to Spain

Day 2: Sevilla / Meet Your Host Family

Bienvenidos a España! Travel to Sevilla, the capital of Andalucía, and meet your familia española as they welcome you into their home and show you the Spanish way of life.

Day 3: Sevilla

Relive the history and culture of Spain’s fascinating past while wandering through the streets of Sevilla. Explore the immense gothic cathedral and the royal Alcázar palace. Later, learn how to dance Flamenco like an authentic “bailaora”.

Day 4: Córdoba

Travel to Córdoba to learn about Spain’s Roman, Moorish and Catholic history. Explore the impressive Mezquita (mosque turned cathedral) and enchanting courtyards around the city.

Day 5: Sevilla

Visit the local Triana market to buy ingredients to cook a traditional Spanish meal in a hands-on cooking class. Later, take a stroll through the old town, and visit Plaza de España and Las Setas.

Day 6: Granada

Travel to Granada and tour the impressive Alhambra Palace built by a Moorish king in the 13th century. Have some free time to shop at the quaint traditional markets that line the narrow streets.

Day 7: Sevilla / Visit to a Local School

Go to school in Sevilla to meet some Spanish amigos, practice Spanish and see what their school is like.

Day 8: Madrid

Travel to Madrid and experience first-hand the hustle of bustle of Spain’s capital city. Take a boat ride in Retiro Park and have free time for shopping.

Day 9: ¡Adios España!

Fly from Málaga airport back home.
