Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Travel to Spain

Fly from Cincinnati to Madrid, Spain.

Day 2: Madrid

¡Bienvenidos a España! Meet your Live N Learn Tour Director and drop your things off at the hotel. Experience the hustle and bustle of Madrid as you explore the city by foot and later cruise through the monumental Retiro Park on Segways.

Day 3: Madrid

Go to school in Madrid to meet some Spanish amigos, practice Spanish and see what their school is like. See how royalty lived in the lavish Palacio Real and try churros and chocolate at the oldest churreria in the city.

Day 4: Sevilla

Take the high-speed AVE train to Sevilla, the capital of Andalucia. Relive the history and culture of Spain’s fascinating past as you visit the immense gothic cathedral and the Alcázar, one of the oldest European palaces still in use today. Stroll through the old town, visit the Plaza de España and other important monuments.

Day 5: Córdoba & Granada

Travel to Córdoba to learn about the Roman, Moorish and Catholic history as you explore the Mezquita (ancient mosque turned cathedral) and stroll through the courtyards of the city. Continue on to Granada and enjoy the evening at a unique and authentic Flamenco performance in a cave.

Day 6: Granada

Take a tour around Granada and explore the capital of the last standing Moorish kingdom in Spain. Later visit the impressive Alhambra Palace built in the 13th century. Eat dinner like a Spaniard by doing a “tapa hop” and trying a variety of local cuisine.

Day 7: Málaga

Travel to Málaga, a modern yet historical city on the Costa de Sol. Explore the city during a fun, interactive bike tour challenge and get to know the city proud to be the birthplace of Picasso.

Day 8: Málaga

Stroll around the historical center and visit the Picasso museum to admire many of his famous works. Enjoy the sand and Mediterranean sea at the Malagueta beach, right in the center of town and finish the night with a Farewell dinner.

Day 9: ¡Adios España!

Fly from Málaga airport back home.
